same style?
No. The front 4 buildings A, B, C, and D
are "garden" style (some units are on level 1

than others?
The back 4 buildings (E, F, G, H) include more square footage

Courtyard Rules
Can I have pets?
Yes! Small pets are allowed. Pets must be on leashes at
all times when outside, and you must clean up after your
pet. There are fines for leaving your cat or dog unleashed
and uncurbed.
Can I plant my own flowers?
Yes, you can have your own flower garden in the area directly
outside your condo. Be aware that there is no guarantee
the landscapers will treat your garden with as much care
as you do.
Where can my visitors park?
Visitors can park in any UNNUMBERED parking space. There
are plenty of these located all around the parking lot and
all are just a short walk away from the condo they are visiting.
It is the resident's responsibility to their visitors where
to park and to make sure they do not park in their neighbor's
numbered parking space.
There is a $25 fine if anyone parks in the fire lane which
jeopardizes the safety of all residents. Be aware that if
a guest parks in the fire lane, the RESIDENT the guest is
visiting will receive this fine.

Real Estate For Sale
How can I find a Courtyard
condo for sale/rent?
You can check the Units For Sale/Rent
section of this site for any available condos that the owners
have listed here.
Can I advertise my Courtyard
condo for sale/rent on the Courtyard website?
Yes! You can list your condo in the Units
For Sale/Rent section whether you are selling/renting
it yourself or through a realtor. If through a realtor,
ask them to advertise your unit on the Courtyard's website.
I will list your condo with your description and specs
and post any digital pictures you supply me with to create
a beautiful on-line tour of your home. Having multiple pictures
of your home on-line will appeal to many more potential
buyers than just listing it in the paper.
For complete instructions and listing fee, see the How
To Advertise section.
Can I advertise an item

the payment section.
Will you ever share or
sell my e-mail address?
Emphatically, NO! I will never disclose your e-mail

I despise spam and sales calls and wouldn't want you to
have to deal with any of that either.

Courtyard Website
Who created and maintains
this website?
As a resident of the Courtyard for 5 years, I put this
website together after realizing we could use a site about
our condominium community. I designed it, created the graphics,
took the pictures, and gathered the information.
This site is not sponsored by the Courtyard - thus, I
pay for all the hosting, bandwidth, and design work myself.
The small advertisement fees help offset these costs a little
bit.
