To place a FREE ad for an item for sale at
the Courtyard, it's easiest to just fill out the ADVERTISE
FORM and click submit. I'll put your item up for sale
shortly and let you know when it's done. If you prefer,
send me an e-mail requesting to advertise an item. If you
are including a picture, please attach it to an e-mail message.
When your item has sold or you want to cancel
your ad, send me an e-mail to let me know.

Courtyard Units for Sale or Rent
Listing your unit for sale or rent on the Courtyard website
creates an opportunity to reach more potential buyers/renters
– those who have viewed this site and already know
they are interested in a Courtyard unit. If you're selling
through a realtor, ask them to place an ad here for you!
Units H12 and H13 were advertised here by owner and sold
for new selling price records at the Courtyard! $12,500-$14,000
in realtor fees were saved! Advertising your Courtyard unit
on the Courtyard's website works!
You don't just get a small 2-line ad like you see in the
paper. Instead, you receive a full page ad with a picture
tour of your home (you provide the pictures) and complete
details and descriptions, and the ad stays up until you
sell your unit.
I will post any pictures or information you would like
included that you provide me with, such as digital photos
of your unit, a schematic of your unit's floor plan, or
details of your unit's upgrades, for example.
The unit ad
fee is $25.
You can fill our our ADVERTISE
FORM or send me an e-mail requesting to advertise a
unit. Either way we will make arrangements to go over all
the listing details.

Advertising
a Service
Listing your service on the Courtyard website is a great
way to let your neighbors know what you can offer them.
But you don't have to live at the Courtyard to advertise
your service here!
Your ad will be seen as a text ad in the Find A Service
section. In addition, you will also have an animated button
ad that is seen in every For Sale section, increasing the
number of times your ad is displayed.
I will create the button ad for you (included in the ad
price).
The service

FORM or send me an e-mail requesting to advertise a

for Your Ad
If you use our Advertise Form to submit your
information, you will be presented with instructions on
how to make payment. The same instructions are below:
You can pay via check, money order, or on-line
using Paypal – a free service that lets you securely
send money using credit card or checking account funds to
anyone with an e-mail address.
